A Message from the South Carolina Waterfowl Association CEO, David Wielicki
Your Mega Conservation Education Raffle ticket purchases will help to educate the next generation of natural resource conservationists while also giving back to those who put their lives on the line to defend our country.
Fifty percent of the net proceeds from the Mega Conservation Education Raffle will endow scholarships for active duty and retired US military Veterans, their children, and grandchildren to attend the Camp Woodie youth conservation education camp and weekend parent/child Outdoor Heritage hunting, fishing, and shooting sports events at the South Carolina Waterfowl Association (SCWA) Wildlife Education Center.
The other fifty percent of net proceeds will fund the expansion of programs at the SCWA Wildlife Education Center. These funds will help us to achieve our goal of annually hosting 2,400 summer Camp Woodie Campers, 15,000 Camp Leopold school year campers, and over 15,000 youth and adults at our Outdoor Heritage events held at the SCWA Wildlife Education Center.
